Al Kout acquires Safewater Chemicals - UAE
Safewater owns a chlor-alkali plant producing Caustic Soda, Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrochloric Acid
Al Kout Industrial Projects Company is pleased to announce that it has signed last week an agreement with Al Jaber group in Abu Dhabi - UAE to acquire the "Safewater Chemicals Company".  Safewater owns a chlor-alkali plant producing Caustic Soda, Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrochloric Acid. Completion of the transaction will be following approval of Zones Corp and license transfer which are expected early September 2011.
